August was a packed with back to school, activities, and work. I did manage to get some good reads in!

The first book I finished was Chasing Victory by Olivia Peters. This steamy read was a bitter sweet second chance romance. Tore my heart out when a tragedy tore their lives apart, but dont worry it ends with a HEA!

The second book I read, was Trusting Hearts by Aria Bliss. This one was also a steamy single dad second chance romance. Jessica was so heartbroken, and Matt has his own scars to deal with. When a loss in their small town brings them back together, can they right the wrongs of the past and learn to trust again?

Lastly, I was honored to be a part of the release for Cruising on Ice by Kerry Evelyn. This book dropped August 30th, and was so good I read it in one day! Taylor and Kingston are a sweet couple who learn the basis of any good relationship is friendship. This friends-to-lovers sweet hockey romance is sure to make you smile, have butterflies, and perhaps cry. Don’t worry, even hockey players get a happily ever after sometimes.
